Since 1996, Construction Projects Pty Ltd have been building quality extensions, renovations, custom new homes and multi unit developments.
Our management staff has a background in both residential and commercial construction. They have building experience in a diverse range of projects such as multi million dollar commercial buildings, offices, restaurants and child care centres, together with an extensive array of residential projects.
Our management staff also possesses academic qualifications, having undertaken degree and diploma studies in construction management at RMIT University and Holmesglen Institute. These important attributes distinguish Construction Projects Pty Ltd from other residential builders.
Construction Projects Pty Ltd is a Registered Building Practitioner with the Building Practitioners Board, and is a Member of the Housing Industry Association of Victoria and the Master Builders Association of Victoria. Our association with these organizations reflects our commitment to professionalism within the building industry.
To ensure the success of your project and your satisfaction, we implement a number of measures throughout the course of construction. These include:
- Weekly site meetings with our clients to ensure a high level of communication. These meetings allow issues that arise to be dealt with quickly and ensure all parties are well informed throughout construction.
- Creation of a Construction Program to ensure effective planning of the works and monitoring of progress.
- Ensure & maintain quality construction through the implementation of our Quality Control System. Throughout construction we monitor and audit the work done by our subcontractors and the quality of the materials provided by our suppliers. Corrective and preventative action can be taken if and when required.
- Ensuring all current Occupational Health and Safety regulations and best practices are followed. We also ensure all subcontractors on site have carried out an Occupational Health and Safety Induction and possess a current Safety Induction Card.
- Ensuring client satisfaction with our follow up inspection at the end of your Three Month Maintenance Period. We re-visit your project and evaluate the work that has been done. In accordance with our contract, if any defect has developed the problem is corrected.
