3 STEP PROCESS
The process is very simple.
You contact us for a no obligation consultation. We carry out a detailed site assessment and we research & evaluate your site to assess the suitability of your backyard for subdivision. We also undertake a feasibility analysis based on your requirements, minus the risk factors & costs associated with applying for approval and sub division of your backyard.
If suitable for subdivision, we offer to purchase your land. If you accept our offer, we enter into an agreement to purchase your land, in consultation with your own legal representative.
At our expense, we then arrange all the legal and council requirements, apply for Town Planning Permits & managing and paying for the subdivision process. Once Town Planning Permits have been issued & the sub-division & titles are released, we pay you for your backyard.

PLEASE NOTE: If for some reason we are unable to subdivide your backyard, due to objections, council, etc, any costs that have been incurred will be the responsibility of Construction Projects Pty Ltd, and you will not have to contribute any money at anytime for the subdivision process whatsoever. Also, the land stays in your name till completion and payment.
